Favorite Vegas eateries

I know some of you make it out there yearly for work or fun. Anybody had an especially good meal out there lately? Either large group or couple. Downtown or strip. Buddy of mine went to Baazar Meat at SLS and said it was really cool. I’ve always wanted to try Pieros for old school Italian but always end up at a newer joint on the strip. TIA
