Tenet No. 2: Schedules should have some opponents who are annual in order to maintain important (rivalry) series, but a majority of the opponents should rotate regularly to prevent staleness and fan fatigue.
Tenet No. 3: All kickoff times should be announced in the spring prior to the season.

These are vague but thought it'd be good to start a discussion. #2 essentially blows up divisions, but would a 12-team playoff make divisions harmful?
"Meaningful games" is not defined, but doesn't necessarily mean P5 in all situations.
He said he wrote them 2 years ago and decided to whip them back out and share with the Athletic after the 12-team playoff proposal.
Another interesting note in #2. Wake Forest and UNC are playing a "non-conference" game this season because they're in different divisions and rarely play despite being 80 miles apart.
