For anybody watching the end of the Cavs-Raptors game

Question: why in the world did LeBron call a timeout? The only reason I can think of is that he lost track of the score. Cleveland was up 113-112 and secured the rebound on Toronto’s last second shot attempt. Time would have run out, or at worst he would have gotten fouled.
Am I missing something here?
