Added Teams:
Fla State
Miami
UNC
Duke
Clemson
Louisville
UVA
VA Tech


24 Team League
4 Divisions of 6 Teams

Play against your division every year - 5 Games
Rotate the other divisions every 3 years - 6 Games
One interleague game (w/future Big 10 - rival or random) - 1 game

8 team conference playoff

Conference champ plays Big 10 conference champ
