Or anyone else...and I apologize...I’m sure this has been covered. Are players free to transfer and become immediately eligible now....or has that penalty already been satisfied. I know Missouri said last year they were able to keep everyone...but with the appeal (and a possible coaching change), is that still available? If so, and if there is a coaching change, our program will be decimated. Thanks...
