Houston – Jim McIngvale, or Mattress Mack, is taking home nearly $75 million after wagering $10 million on the Houston Astros winning the 2022 World Series.
McIngvale is no stranger to large sports wagers. He’s taken home large payouts or lost quite a bit. However, he hit the jackpot with his latest World Series wager.

According to the Associated Press, Mack placed one of his bets back in May. A $3 million wager with Caesars Sportbooks with 10-to-1 odds. The payout? $30 million, the largest in a single legal sports bet in U.S. history, according to the AP.
Mattress Mack has made it clear that he rides for the Astros and his loyalty paid off this year.
