The Georgia Governor signed a bill so colleges in the state can pay players for the NIL, with no maximum amount. Is this similar to the bill we have in Missouri? I know we can start giving high school kids money as soon as they sign their NLI, but does this bill give Georgia any advantage we don't already have?
