he doesnt hesitate to switch qbs... if the 5 stsr recruit franks is struggling he gets the boot for the 3 time transfer 2 star ...if he is ineffective he goes to the notre dame reject..he holds his QB accountable..not getting it done, next guy

its not all that effective but at least he is trying to find something
