Give me a sleeper and an overrated team for the Tourney

Sleeper: Arkansas. It pains me to say it, but the MA style of play is really hard to play against in March.

Overrated: Maryland. Color me unimpressed for the #8 team in the country. Schedule isn't that impressive. Just don't see them as a top 10 team.
