I got an alert on one of my emails today alerting me that an email I received had a reference to COVID-19. It warned me that there are active phishing scams with a COVID theme. In my case my property manager had responded to my message about an appliance delivery to a tenant. I wanted to confirm he had no symptoms so the delivery can take place relatively safely.
Has anyone actually seen a phish attempt with a COVID-19 premise? It makes sense since the point of a phish is usually to scare you into clicking a malicious link.
