Today was a prime example why you might not be so quick to sign extensions after one good season and 2 years left on a contract. Completely unprepared , no blitzes, QB pressure, or containment on D....almost like the head coach hired a guy to run it who's most recent experience was coaching at Hawaii, Florida Atlantic, and Arkansas St. Not exactly an SEC resume. How about having Burden on the sideline on multiple 3rd downs in the first half?? If you're getting paid like a top tier SEC coach, you don't get blown out at A&M. Don't think those things happen to a Saban or Smart coached team at all, much less after a bye week. Maybe Drink should make a nice donation to a charity after that performance.
Good reason to not be so quick with the checkbook....
