I don’t know if any of you fellas do the grocery shopping in your house - but holy shit I came home in a foul mood today.
I shop mostly at Aldi because I enjoy keeping my money in my wallet. One item that has historically been $5.50 was $8. Family chicken breast packages have historically been $9. Was $15 today. Ground beef up a full $1/lb. I don’t understand how purchasing demand is still highly? The husband and I had a chat about packing lunches more often and such after my visit. I’m planning my meals more diligently. So what say you, OT? Are you feeling the grocery store inflation burn?
