* This team just does not match up well against Arkansas. The combined first half scores in the two games this season: Arkansas 95, Mizzou 42. That tells you just about everything you need to know.

* At one point not too long ago, Cuonzo Martin said this team was turning the corner defensively. That sure has not been the case so far in this one. Arkansas has gotten open looks seemingly any time it wants them. The Razorbacks are shooting 50 percent from both the field and three-point range. And they have scored 46 points without much from JD Notae. The SEC's second-leading scorer has just seven points. Five different Arkansas players have scored at least seven.

* The lack of a point guard continues to be glaring. I don't know why anyone would expect anything different at this point. Missouri has eight turnovers. Boogie Coleman continues to pick the ball up as soon as he crosses half court, which makes it very difficult to run a successful offense. Neither he nor Kaleb Brown has made a shot since the Vanderbilt game.

* I don't have much more to say. Mizzou is out-classed by this team. We knew that already. Six more to go after tonight.
