I pose this question:
Which is the more difficult coaching job?
1) Coaching the Missouri Tigers with few local 4-5 star recruits, lessor facilities, lessor tradition and history, lessor financial resources, but with a lower bar for measuring success, or
2) Coaching the Tennessee Volunteers with lots of 4-5 star recruits, greater facilities, lots of tradition & history, and a very unrealistic over-zealous fan base, with the bar of success to at least be better than UGA, Florida, etc, or
3) Coaching the Alabama Crimson Tide with an abundance of 4-5 star recruits and their accompanied egos and handlers, great facilities, tradition and history second to none, but National Championship or bust expectations.
