It appears the US intelligence community made it quite clear to President Biden and Vice-President Harris that the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan would result in the abuse of Afghani women at the hands of the Taliban and other harbored, Islamic terrorist organizations. This notification was received by the White House a full 12 days prior to the withdrawal.
