I'm getting kind of pissed off about paying for Amazon Prime and many items showing Prime program participation but far longer than 2-day package delivery. Previously there was a statement on their website begging for patience during the peak, but now that's not a concern and biz is getting back to normal, and the statement is no longer appearing on their site.
It's not cool to offer a 2-day delivery program and tell customers it's actually 4-5 days before the item will be delivered. I feel like Amazon possibly took advantage of the situation and is now trying to make this the "new normal." Fukc that.
