According to Flynn's attorney, Sidney Powell, Flynn was asked about having a call with Russia in early December 2016...his original response recorded on the 302 was "I don't recall a phone call but it is possible I had a very short call with Kisliak to introduce myself"...Powell goes on to say at that point the FBI decided he was telling the truth and was closing the case until Stzok decided he wanted to pursue the Logan Act....after threatening to go after his family, Flynn agreed to plead guilty...the original 302 was then altered to say "General Flynn agrees he has lied about his Russian contacts to an FBI agent"
