Can someone please explain to me how one of Columbia Hickman’s best players from last year is now playing for Rock Bridge. Has the transfer rule changed in recent years? It seems like in the past a kid had to sit out a year/play JV if they transferred within same district for athletic reasons. I don’t believe high school sports were designed for an open transfer market just because the team you are on is struggling in the win column.
