Let's say we get to around 50% of all adults fully vaccinated. (The number doesn't really matter) And then lets say Covid cases drop to less than 1% of positivity.

Should we still have COVID Passports or COVID vaccination rules for admittance to schools, colleges, events, etc.?

I would say that if the case counts are really low, then NO.
