How has no bigger program swooped BYU's Dave Rose?

Man just flat knows how to form a team. Hopefully he's available next off season. He's honestly a rich man's version of what Kim Anderson wants to be, with a more perimeter based offense. The only difference is he's able to actually get his team to buy in to the system, and is able to do it at a D-I level. Plus his teams have the makeup that a good portion of our fan base pines for. Would love to see him get a call next time around.
