I’m in Nashville in a hotel across the street from Hattie B’s. Going there for lunch tomorrow, having never really tried hot chicken. I think I have above average heat tolerance for a Missourian, but I’ve also made the mistake of ordering something that was so hot I couldn’t finish it. I appreciate a healthy dose of jalapeños on nachos. I’m inclined to get at least “Hot”, but am wondering about “Damn Hot” level. Any thoughts?
