I know we had some discussions about the capabilities and limitations of ChatGPT. This one is pretty funny. This is a worse answer than @dreamlaw got on reincorporating a CA company in DE. Well, maybe it's not a worse answer, but it's certainly a worse use of the information provided by ChatGPT.
