Have more than one subscription, need to cancel the other one. No phone number you can call to do this anymore, you have to go through the help form and "chat".
I have a screen that says "when connected, your chat will appear here". Said screen has been on now for 2.5 hours with no answers or chat. They just don't answer! Did a search and find that this is a big big complaint from the public. Anyone with any insight? Help appreciated.
