I think they have done a good job finding recruits when the in-state stars have shunned the university in the wake of the 2015 crap.
It looks like finally they are getting a shot this year to get some interest from some local guys which if Odom can turn that around it will make his job easier.
I think they are good at finding underrated players. I feel like to succeed at Missouri it is the most important recruiting trait you must have. Since our fan support is so fickle in state it makes it hard to get the big stars here. If you win like Pinkel did you can get some of those players but even then I don't think Pinkel capitalized all that well on his great teams on the recruiting front.
