I've used the same daughter/mom cleaning team for ~10 years. A year ago, the daughter got a corporate job which offered insurance benefits, leaving only her mom to do the house cleaning.
Twice since then, she's had carpet ruining accidents due to cleaning chemical negligence. This last one was really bad, having dripped a bleach-like liquid throughout three separate rooms. I hate to let her go as she's super nice, but it's costing me a good sum to fix her mistakes.
I'm looking for replacement recs. Let me know who you're using. I value consistency, so no thanks to Merry Maids or other franchise type companies. Language barrier isn't an issue either. I speak fluent Mexican (into my Google Translate app).
