Instead of having coaches who only watch their games and games of opponents or reporters who only watch the teams they cover why not have professionals who have one job and that is to watch college football. Rankings come out Wednesday night instead of Sunday morning. Maybe a panel of 25 voters who must watch eu wry FCS game. They can get cuts of the game where it just show every snap. When you do that it only takes an hour or so to watch it. I think it would give a much more accurate representation of who the best teams are. Oh and no rankings until after week 4.
