I'll start...for me:
1) Mandate a 16-team play-off for FBS football.
2) Mandate that all Power-5 football teams must schedule other Power-5 schools plus (with the exception of one other group of 5 FBS team) for all of their non-league games
3) For both college football and basketball...mandate that all HS athletes MUST play 3 years in college before going pro...NO exceptions.
