It's like we magically forget that this is drinks 3yrd year as a head coach and he's a young man. The dude has lots of kinks to work out. He also has loads of obvious potential. I'm sure he's afraid of over correcting on his biggest mistakes. I for 1 will have patience with him because, unlike most of you self loathing bums I want him to succeed.
