I don't want to get into the details... I just want to know if a college coaching staff could receive any discipline for not reporting illegal activity to the authorities? For a random example, if a coaching staff caught a player distributing adderall "prescription drugs" to other players and suspended him but failed to report it to authorities...Could this come back as a lack of institutional control situation?
