Hadn't discovered this before, but the last page of this document indicates that the recruiting restrictions for football will not go into place until the 2020-21 academic year, which means all this time we're wasting talking about the seven week ban and such is a few months too early. The penalties aren't going to have any impact at all until at least August, so for those asking "Can this count toward Missouri's recruiting restrictions?" it would appear not. And before you get mad at the NCAA for that, it appears that it was Missouri's choice, or at least that Missouri had some input in it. That's how I read it anyway.
