I have three C-suite roles open at my company and have posted them across various job sourcing sites. There have been four candidates (out of the 600 or so CVs we have gotten in this week) that have had KU on their resume. I reject them out of hand, giving zero consideration to their actual ability to perform at my company. My question to the intelligentsia here, AITA?
