The "rivals" thread the other day links nicely with this info from the Post-Dispatch's Rick Hummel, as he discusses the Cards/Dodgers rivalry heading into this weekend's series.
Some nuggets: this is the 123 year of playing each other, since 1892. Counting post-season, the all time record is 1026 wins for the Cards, against 1025 losses to the Dodgers. Cards have 19 NL titles, Dodgers 18.
