We only needed to fix the offense. Addition by subtraction if you ask me. We got rid of Henson and the lineman that started last year. We only can go up offensively. The way I see it if all we add is a touchdown we definitely are in a bowl game. If Heupel can work this thing scheme wise to where we average 30-35pts per game we'll be in contention for the East once again. Everyone is writing us off when truth be told there were some things like scheme and play calling that lost more than a handful of games last year. Fix that...which I think we've done and we're back in business. Most of these recruits we're getting or missing out on aren't gonna come in day 1 and save the day. We aren't getting DGB's or Sheldon coming in in this class. We have enough to win next year and it wouldn't shock me if we end up winning 10 or more games. If Heupel earns his keep I honestly feel we have more than enough on offense to put up big numbers. They weren't used right and put in favorable positions to succeed by Henson and his play calling. I can guarantee we use the middle of the field and misdirection this year. Remember you heard it here first.
It's been a very bad few months for Mizzou but keep in mind...
