Where are the night shift, street patrol social workers? No night shift? Then they need to defund daylight police and add third shift to social worker patrol. It should never have been allowed to get to this point. Defund the police NOW. Send retirees to traffic stops and church volunteers to domestic disputes to de-escalate. Look at the CHAZ.
