The one positive about the now (extremely premature) inevitability of a coaching search is he's the one making the hire. It's been said before but Sterk "gets it" and won't hire low hanging fruit or a true son. I'd hope he'll take a swing on someone that will create buzz ala Kiffin, Petrino, etc. Screw optics, it's time to win.
