Hard job to assess imo. Beamer did incredible things there, but they're expected to dominate Virginia recruiting when the hotspot areas are 4+ hours away. They're closer to the major cities in North Carolina but Mack Brown is scooping most of the high end talent down there. I still think they can attract a quality candidate, but is it possible to dominate the ACC like they did in the 2000s?
