KC BBQ Tour

I swear I'm not trying to start WWIII, but this is an honest request for advice.

In August, I'm taking two of my kids on a BBQ tour of KC (we're in Columbia). The idea is to stop at 3-5 places throughout the course of the day, getting one menu item at each stop. So what would your best suggestion be for each of the following categories:

• Ribs
• Pulled pork
• Brisket
• Burnt ends
• Sides/dessert
• Other
