Kentucky fans downtown asking why the bars aren't open

So i was downtown this morning @ 8:15 to have breakfast and saw a group of UK fans walking around...as i was walking to tiger hotel they asked me what bars were open this morning, i told them probably none, why are you here so early when the game is at 3:00?...they purchased their tix thru UK AD and the letter they got and showed me said "Dont miss the wildcat pep rally at 10:00 @ Hearnes Athletic Center by Memorial Stadium before the 11:00 am kick off"....letter was dated Sept 7, 2018...
