Got this earlier but figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. Got confirmation that Kevin Knox is indeed the five-star recruit Missouri is trying to get on campus. I did some digging before posting this though. It is going to be a VERY tough battle for him.
His other three schools are Duke, Kentucky and Florida State.
Knox's dad is a former Seminole wide receiver who also played in the NFL. My source said he was on Bobby Bowden's first national title team.
Duke has liked their chances for a long time and I'm told Kentucky is about to go into high-gear on him once their season is done. So buckle up. I'm not saying they have no shot. All I'm saying is they have their work cut out for him. None of those other schools have Michael Porter Jr. in their recruiting class and no one will have more NBA scouts coming through Columbia next year either. So they have plenty to sell.
That's all I got. I'll stay on this and the Roberts situation.
