I know we played good defense, and shot the ball well, but the real key was only 10 turnovers, compared to 15 assists and 7 steals. Those are winning numbers for any team. We did get out rebounded by 8, and that needs to improve, but I’m not worried near as much about that as I am the TO’s.
Tilmon stayed out of foul trouble for a change. Keeping him on the floor for 30 minutes a game, and playing productively and aggressively is the 2nd big key to our success.
Defense travels anywhere you go, and although we won’t shoot that good very often, we should at the very least shoot better than we did the games before Wofford.
