ku is asking that the COI rule on the Level II and Level III violations for football.
Meanwhile, ku prefers that the IARP rule on the 5 Level I violations for men’s basketball.
ku clearly is more comfortable with the IARP for basketball. The IARP is a complete wildcard. Certainly plausible that the IARP, comprised of a group of lawyers, will rule that ku was the victim as the FBI investigation concluded.
Hope I’m wrong. But, clearly ku is more comfortable with the IARP and there must be a reason.
