With unlimited free transfers the balance between the haves and have nots has become so large. Any FCS player with talent goes to a G5 school. Any G5 player with talent goes to a P4 school. These games were not especially entertaining before but when bad P4 teams can win games 70-0 what is the point? At least before FCS and lower FBS teams could have found diamonds in the rough and develop them for a few years and at least score a few points and maybe force a punt or two. If conferences play an 8 game schedule the non con should require two P4 games at a minimum and no more than 2 G5 games. If you want to play a FCS team you can as a scrimmage but it will not count for stats, rankings, or red shirt eligibility. This is just stupid.
