When you are mediocre at your job or have mediocre results you don’t tic your boss off and then cause a panic with your staff after a discussion with your boss. Most of us know how things work. A lot of us on here manage people....not the way it works and we would be fired with the results that occurred.
Very immature and again demonstrating he was not CEO/ head coach material at a SEC school. He could have salvaged the relationship.
