Stats don't always tell the true story. And I did not see one second of the scrimmage. Can anyone that saw the scrimmage comment on his performance? Was he under constant pressure? Did he have a bunch of drops affecting his completion percentage? Was he wildy inaccurate with his incompletions?
This year is on Maty. We will go as far as he takes us. I was hoping he would light it from day 1 but I realize these scrimmages are just scrimmages. With that being said, Does Maty looked improved?
We all know Lock will be a stud when his day comes. He is a very polished QB in form and demeanor. I have no doubt he could start for this team this year and play at a high level BUT really hope he can RS and get stronger.
