I am certainly not a QB expert but I watched the Mizzou vs South Carolina game from last year and part of the BWW bowl game and Maty's throwing mechanics are very different than anyone I have watched. His foot work is not connected to his arm. He often steps several seconds before he throws or doesn't step at all. His throws are all arm and even short throws are erratic. The classic step toward your target and throw in one motion seldom happens. Doubt it will change but I am guessing his accuracy won't either. His moxy and relentless attitude throwing the ball are his strongest assets. He is a winner and does' let bad throws get him down. Anyone else notice the foot work issues?
