Really cool stuff by the MSU football players. Fans now have the ability to pay for better access to the players they cheer for.

Dozens of players on Tuesday afternoon shared a message via Twitter, saying the Spartans are creating the East Lansing NIL Club. It will allow fans to purchase passes for access to in-person events with players, with proceeds split equally among the participating players...

...Fans can buy multiple passes and they can be re-sold using blockchain technology on the ELNC site. Passes are good for only one season and each one purchased for 2022 will allow the individuals to buy a 2023 pass before they’re available to the general public.

“We’re excited for the future of NIL and can’t wait to build an awesome community and experience for our fans,” players said in the statement.
