Just wanted to let everyone know that Lucas Vincent has started providing nutrition training along with physical training here in Olathe. (I know, I know) Cost is $20/hour for physical training and $25/week for the nutrition package. Nutrition training can be done from anywhere.
He also will be doing private youth lineman lessons along with coming to your group of lineman within 30 miles of KC and hosting a few mini camps around the metro. This is in the beginning stages but prices will be very reasonable.
