Mizzou NIL operation

With Laurence Bowers out and Nick Garner leaving to go to work for Two Circles, how does Mizzou's NIL work now? I assume everything goes through Every True Tiger Brands, but what does that look like?

Does the athletic department more or less use ETTB as the middle man to make deals w/ the athletes? And is anyone replacing those two?
