Thanks to LSU, my Tigers secured the lowest SEC Tournament seed late last night. That means the final game of the Missouri Auburn series to end the regular season is absolutely and completely meaningless.
Mizzou’s season will end with the conclusion of this game.
While Auburn’s season will continue in Hoover on Tuesday, this game will have zero effect on Auburn making a regional. Because the only way that will happen is with the automatic bid from winning the tournament. And that is metaphysically impossible!
Given that, today I will be first and foremost GO MIZZOU!
