I thought both QBs looked good. Both pushed the ball down the field, which to me was the most important thing to see after the horizontal stagnation that was Bazelak's last 6ish starts.
We have serious weapons. Burden is a grown man, and is really good. Lovett looked like he wasn't ready to cede the WR1 to Burden. Dove had one drop on a great Macon pass, but then immediately responded by making 3 very tough catches for big plays. Mekhi Miller had an incredibly tough catch. Luper looked good too.
So, I think we will be fine if either one of our current QBs start.
But, JT Daniels had to LOVE what he saw today. Weapons galore and a system that was opened up that could really showcase a premium arm.
So, I think we're gonna be fine.
